The cervix is the opening of the uterus allows the sperms to pass and reach the uterus during sexual intercourse. Speaking of penetration is the insertion of the penis into the vagina or rectum. While cervical orgasm is a popular term in sexual pleasure, it does not refer to cervix penetration but stimulating the cervix. In a nutshell, cervix penetration is not possible.
Why is cervix penetration not possible?
The opening of the cervix is a small hole which is not expandable as in the case of the vagina. The only time it gets expanded is during pregnancy delivery. Also, the opening has cervical mucus in it which you shouldn’t play around. Except for the childbirth time, anything passing through the cervix is never a good idea. It is only made for the sperms to pass through.
Does it hurt?
Since cervix penetration is not possible, what you are feeling during intercourse is cervical pressure. It is also called dyspareunia in medical terms. Women who have painful sexual intercourse are most like to experience dyspareunia.
If you come across such painful experience before, during or after sexual intercourse, you should speak to your doctor at the earliest.
Bleeding during intercourse:
During sexual intercourse, foreplay plays an important role in making your vagina lubricated. If the partner gets straight into the penetration part when the vagina isn’t ready, the sudden friction can lead to bleeding at times.
You should speak to your healthcare provider if you experience bleeding while having sexual activity.
What is a cervical orgasm?
While most women believe that there’s no such thing is cervical orgasm, it is indeed possible to achieve cervical orgasm. However, cervical penetration can never be a reason behind it. Clitoral stimulation can also help women reach an orgasm since it is intense vaginal insertion.
That being said, such orgasm could last for only a few seconds or a minute. This type of orgasm can make you feel full body orgasm. This is generally safe as it is not related to cervix penetration.
In a nutshell, cervical orgasm is not practical because of its super small gate. However, cervical orgasm is possible through deep vaginal penetration. You should speak to your doctor before getting into such activitiy. This is to ensure safe sexual intercourse. You can also speak to him/her about fingering in the vagina during sexual intercourse how deep can you go through it.
